What to do if you can’t login to ClearScore

Logging in to ClearScore is usually as easy as going to the ClearScore website, clicking log in, and entering your email and password.

However, if you have trouble logging in, follow the steps below:

  1. Try using a different device or browser. For example, if you're using Safari, try using Google Chrome or Firefox.
  2. Try clearing your cache and cookies and refreshing your browser. To do this, go to your browser's settings section, which should be in the menu.
  3. You can also download the ClearScore mobile app from the App Store and Google Play Store and use it instead.

How do I reset my ClearScore login?

If you can't remember your ClearScore password, click "Forgot password?" in the ClearScore login menu. Clearscore will then send you an email with a link you'll need to click. Once you click that link, you'll be taken to a new page where you can create a new password. Sometimes the emails end up in spam or junk folders, so look there if you can't see them.

If you can't remember which email you used to sign up for ClearScore, check all your email inboxes for "ClearScore." You can also check if your browser or device saved your login details—even if the password saved there is incorrect or old, you should still have the correct email.

Why can't I log in to ClearScore?

If you can't log in to ClearScore, there might be a few reasons:

  • Your laptop or phone has a bug.
  • You tried logging in with the wrong password too many times. If you enter your incorrect login details too many times, ClearScore will lock you out for 2 hours. Wait a bit before trying to log in again.
  • You still need to finish verifying your profile. Check your spam or junk folders for any identity verification emails. You should also add [email protected] to your contacts list to ensure Gmail (or whichever email provider you use) doesn't accidentally label it as spam.
  • Other reasons. Sometimes ClearScore may lock your account if they suspect fraud. Contact them via the chat bubble on the right-hand side of their Help page, and someone on the ClearScore team will look into this for you. They might ask for proof of your identity or a selfie with your ID (a photo of you holding it next to your face).
