Payments, pricing, and managing your subscription.
Wollit is an annual subscription that costs £119.88, paid in 12 equal monthly payments of £9.99.
After 12 months, your subscription renews automatically unless you tell us otherwise. We'll let you know before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to decide.
You can cancel at any time — there are no penalties or fees.
Your Wollit subscription gives you access to the full Credit Health Toolkit:
• Rent Reporting — Turn your rent payments into credit history (reported to Experian and Equifax)
• Credit Smart — Interactive courses to help you understand and improve your credit
• Affordability Boost — See what lenders see when they analyse your spending
• Olli AI — Your personal AI credit assistant, available 24/7
• Credit Wins — Discover which everyday payments are building your credit and which you're missing
• Payment Reporting — Your monthly subscription payments reported to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion
All features are included for £9.99/month — there are no add-ons or hidden fees.
Wollit appears as a loan because that's how the subscription is structured.
When you subscribe, we provide an interest-free loan of £119.88 to cover your 12-month subscription. You repay this at £9.99 per month. This structure is what allows us to report your payments to all three UK credit agencies.
You don't receive any cash — the loan simply covers your access to the toolkit. Each monthly repayment builds your credit history.
No — you don't receive any cash.
The interest-free loan covers the cost of your 12-month Wollit subscription. What you receive is access to the full Credit Health Toolkit: rent reporting, Credit Smart courses, Affordability Boost, Olli AI, Credit Wins, and subscription payment reporting.
Each monthly payment you make is reported to all three UK credit agencies, helping to build your credit history over time.
Yes — you can cancel your Wollit subscription at any time. There are no fees, penalties, or obligations.
When you cancel, we'll stop collecting payments and close your account. All the payments you've already made will remain on your credit file — that history doesn't disappear.
You can cancel through the app or by contacting our support team.
We'll let the credit agencies know that this credit account has been closed. Your past on-time payments will stay on your file, and your account will show as "settled" with a zero balance.
The exception is if you cancel while you have an overdue payment — in that case, your account may show as "partially settled" instead, which means you didn't fulfil this commitment in full. If you're thinking of cancelling but have an outstanding balance, it's worth bringing your account up to date first.
Two things:
Toolkit access — When you cancel, you lose access to all Credit Health Toolkit features — rent reporting, Credit Smart, Affordability Boost, Olli AI, and Credit Wins.
Payment history — Completing the full 12 months means a longer track record of on-time payments, which may have a greater positive impact on your credit profile. Cancelling early simply means a shorter record.
Either way, all your on-time payments remain on your file. As long as your account is up to date when you cancel, it will show as "settled" regardless of when you leave.
Yes — you can change your Wollit payment date to one that works better for you.
You can do this in the app or by contacting our support team. Changing your payment date won't affect your credit file — it just helps you stay on track.
If you currently have an overdue payment, you'll need to bring your account up to date before changing the date.
If we can't collect your payment, we'll try again over the next few days and let you know.
You have a grace period to get back on track. If we collect the payment early in that window, your subscription continues as normal with no impact.
If the payment is collected later in the grace period, it may be recorded as a missed payment on your credit file, but your subscription will continue.
If we can't collect the payment at all, it will be recorded as missed, and your subscription will end.
If you're worried about making a payment, contact us as soon as possible — we're here to help.
First, check that your bank account has enough funds and that your card details are up to date. We'll automatically try to collect the payment again over the next few days.
If you need to update your payment details, you can do this in the app. The sooner you do, the better — late or missed payments may appear on your credit file.
If you're having trouble paying, please reach out to us. We're here to help and can discuss your options.
You can update your payment card in the Wollit app.
If your card has expired or you're using a new one, updating your details ensures your payments continue without interruption.
If you're having trouble updating your card, contact our support team and we'll help.
Your subscription renews automatically for another 12 months on the same terms.
We'll let you know before your renewal date to give you plenty of time to decide whether to continue. If you'd rather not renew, you can cancel before then — no fees or penalties.
Continuing means uninterrupted access to all your Credit Health Toolkit features.
No. Deleting the Wollit app from your phone doesn't cancel your subscription.
Your subscription remains active until you submit a cancellation request. You'll continue to be charged your monthly payment until you cancel.
To cancel, you'll need to do so through the app (before deleting it) or by contacting our support team.
